YOUR WEEKEND.
YOUR INFORMATION.

When you use the weekend planner, your choices are saved in this browser so you can return to them. Your contact information is shared with the North Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce & CVB when you submit the visitor form.

What you share

The visitor form collects your name, email address, optional home ZIP or postal code, travel dates, party size, festival choices, preferred town and interests. It also records your consent, any optional newsletter choice, and the campaign source that brought you here. A temporary hashed connection identifier is used to limit spam. It is not included in your visitor record.

How it is used

The Chamber uses these details for Brews & Balloons updates and trip planning follow-up. Future travel ideas and Chamber news require the separate, optional newsletter checkbox. Your form submission does not purchase tickets or reserve lodging.

Where it goes

This website is hosted on Vercel. Submitted details pass through the Chamber’s existing website intake and are stored in its private Supabase database and available to authorized Chamber staff. Airbnb, Vrbo, and other linked websites have their own privacy policies. The lodging links include your selected destination, travel dates and guest counts, but not your name or email.

Website activity and tourism reporting

We measure page views, browser sessions, time spent with the page visible, referral websites, campaign labels, device category and approximate city, region and country. We also count clicks to lodging and ticket information, film plays, and itinerary downloads. Lodging clicks and downloads can include the selected destination, dates and party size. This helps the Chamber document tourism promotion for HOT fund reports. Clicks and plans are not confirmed bookings or overnight stays.

Traffic records do not contain names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, full referring URLs or full page query strings. A temporary browser-tab identifier groups activity and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. A rotating hashed connection identifier limits spam and is removed after it expires. Records are stored in the Chamber’s Supabase backend and available only to approved staff. Existing trip inquiries supply voluntary ZIP and planned-stay totals separately.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable traffic measurement. You can also change your preference for this browser here.

Your choices

You can use the planner and download an itinerary without submitting the visitor form. To change your communication preferences or request correction or deletion of submitted information, contact the North Lake Travis Chamber. Clear this website’s browser storage to remove the saved planner from your device.
